Engineering Lead Analyst (Collaborative Services) - VP (Hybrid)

This a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework.

Responsibilities:Administer and engineer aspects of Collaborative Services like Confluence, Jira, StackOverflow, enterprise applications, and related technologies.Analyze technical needs, document requirements, design and implement technical solutions for Collaborative services.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for administering and troubleshooting enterprise applications.Provide troubleshooting steps and operational documentation to Level 1/2 support team.Integrate solutions into existing infrastructure, consult on development projects, deploy solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Have strong experience in designing, developingmicro-services, REST APIsfor public cloud.Takes initiative to automate any repetitive tasks/jobs, tests, manual activities using different scripting languages likePowerShell, Python, NodeJS, shell script.Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools likeJenkins, Maven, Harness and GitHub.Review current technologies, tools, and services and make recommendations for their use based on security/compliance, financial, and operational criteria.Understanding of vendor licensing models and deployment best practices.Evaluate, test, and install critical updates on a regular basis.Detect and troubleshoot to solve technical problems.Qualifications:Candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.7+ years experience in system and 3+ years cloud engineering is considered a subject matter expert in collaborative services.Accountable for successful completion of multiple, individual projects simultaneously.Communicate effectively by contributing significantly to the development and delivery of a variety of written and visual documents for diverse audiences.Excellent technical troubleshooting and process implementation skillsExceptional customer service and team collaboration skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with permission groups, and permission management across Jira projects, and confluence spacesExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, computer science, or related fieldCloud Certification------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Product Management and Development
