We're searching for a diligent Office Assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401k • Paid time off "No Recruiter Contact please" Responsibilities: • Improve skill sets through employee development programs • Purchase office equipment when appropriate • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information Qualifications: • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Compensation: $15 hourly
