A week in the life of a Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT) Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will:Demonstrate extensive experience with each of the following:Physical and function level experience with all variants of NMTDiagnostic and troubleshooting functionsCurrent NMT variants and their installationsCurrent SW variants loading procedures and managementUse of test equipment for troubleshootingTechnical documentation and troubleshooting aidsEnd-to-end architectureMentoring and/or training junior engineers/technicians.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Have Technical Training in a relevant Technical/Engineering Field, or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, and/or Class A/B/C military school in electronics and/or communications and/or OEM NMT system specific training.General Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience with SATCOM Communication Systems listed in Section 1.1 of the PWS. SMinimum of six (6) years of hands-on experience with NMT systems.Active Secret Security Clearance
