This position will be responsible for coordinating and the physical installation of a Restaurant POS. This could include but not limited to: Performing a site readiness survey, installing the POS, training the staff and managers on use of the product and related materials for up to two weeks and upselling other pieces of our product suite that may benefit the owners in running their business. You will need to have a vast knowledge of restaurants and how they operate. The goal of this role is to aid in setting up the business to run more successfully and efficiently prior and immediately following the installation of Restaurant POS.
You will:
Install Hardware - workstations, pin pads, printers, cash drawers, switches, and other hardware devices that integrate with RPOS.Install router/ firewall, patch cables, cable managementOnsite training and live supportMenu/system functionality changesReporting training and how to use this information to run businessFollow up meetings and calls with the merchant to ensure a successful transitionPre-Installation setup task listsPost Installation task listsOnsite/remote site readiness visitsOnsite/remote troubleshootingTraveling to and from the customer siteQualifications:

2+ years of experience with POS implementation, performing installations or working in restaurantsExperience working in a wide variety of restaurant types is preferredKnowledge of travel booking platformsUnderstand how to invoice for servicesDemonstrated ability to remain calm under pressurePossess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skillsKnowledge of basic financial accountingExcellent written and verbal English (second language is a bonus) communication skillsAbility to interact with and coach a wide variety of stakeholder, ranging from restaurant managers and owners, to business executives and chefsAbility to perform 2 installations per weekBenefits:

Our base pay ranges from $20-$27/hour for this position.
