Key tasks involve conducting gap analysis, gathering requirements, creating user stories, and generating mockups as needed. Strong reporting skills and SQL skills required.Responsibilities:Act as a liaison to elicit, analyze, and document user requirements.Provide user stories and define acceptance criteria for multi-disciplinary teams.Interview stakeholders and collaborate with development teams.Support design, development, and QA testing phases by clarifying requirements.Assist during testing and address stakeholder queries.Monitor progress and ensure compliance with metrics.Qualifications:Strong experience in SDLC business analysis with experience in SQL and large data sets.Background in financial/accounting projects and familiarity with related processes.Proficient in creating process flows using Visio.Strong communication skills and experience with UAT testing and Agile (Scrum).Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and business analysis skills.Ability to simplify complex concepts and think critically.
