Senior Microsoft M365 Administrator at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to work with Stakeholders to develop and deploy custom applications This position will be a fully remote role. Responsibilities + Work with stakeholders to develop and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and forms to meet business needs. + Configure and maintain connectors, gateways, and data integrations within the Power Platform. + Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure the stability and scalability of Power Platform solutions. + Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for Power Platform administration and development. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint and make strategic guidance recommendations to our customer on future directions in the environment. Qualifications High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience + Minimum of 9 years of experience in Microsoft PowerApps/PowerPlatform administration and development. + Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site collection administration, content management, and security configuration. + Proficiency in building canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate workflows. + Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and its capabilities. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently. + Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Suitability Preferred Skills and Experience + Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a strong plus. + Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform App Maker or Power Platform Functional Consultant are preferred. + Strong working knowledge of Azure and M365 Tenant administration is desired.
