Serve as the Portfolio Agile Scrum Master. Organize the Portfolio's solution development, ensuring high-quality products and consistently hitting development and delivery timelines while balancing outside requirements. This support must move at the pace and with the agility of our current team while offering insights into how solutions can mature more soundly for eventual acceptance by Army fielding authorities.Execute Agile Scrum processes.Facilitate and document Agile Scrum ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the government leadership.Track Portfolio objectives-key results (O-KRs) and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Maintain the Portfolio's Agile tracking and code repository platform. This is currently the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Cloud Services - Code Repo at web.git.mil, but may change as conditions evolve.Ensure efficient inter-team communication and collaboration.Maintain the Portfolio's knowledge management platforms to ensure team situational awareness of timelines, taskings, documents, and personnel. These primarily reside now on Army 365 Teams.Work with the Portfolio Lead and Deputy to coordinate internal and external partner meetings.With the assistance of project team members, document portfolio solutions, ensuring consistent cognizance of content contained in artifacts such as, but not necessarily limited to:

Architecture diagrams.Ports, protocols, and services management (PPSM) spreadsheets.Software bill of materials (SBOM).Core solution security scans.

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant experience delivering agile software development projects.Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active U.S. Dept. of Defense Secret Clearance (minimum) with the ability to maintain.Must be located within a commutable distance to report to our customer site at Bakery Square in Pittsburgh, PAPreferred experience with artificial intelligence, robotics, and autonomous systems.Preferred experience with DoD Enterprise Cloud Services (Git Repo).#LI-GH1#LI-Onsite
