The HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position is hands- on and requires strong knowledge of Lawson's HR, PA, BN, PR, LP Modules and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.#LI-AS1 #remoteQualifications:Required qualifications:Five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience required.Three years of project management experience required.Ability to travel upto 50%.Lawson HCM and HRM system implementation experience in a healthcare setting required.Strong knowledge of Lawson's Human Capital Management Module including Payroll, Absence Management, ESS, MSS, Mobile Self Service, BSI Tax, Process Flow Setup, Crystal Report Writing, LBI (including Smart Office and Frame work), Lawson Security Administration and Lawson Add-ins required.Strong knowledge of Lawson's Talent Management Module including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Goal Management, Succession Management, Compensation Management, Onboarding and Off-boarding required.Knowledge of Infor Enwisen or Health Stream Learning Management System a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint a plus.Knowledge of Kronos or JBDev time clocking system a plus.Knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors a plus.Knowledge of organizational development, change management and quality principles.Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation.Hands-On experience in Data Conversion Techniques and Methodologies required.Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects.Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System preferred.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
