About the Project

Through the Private Sector Engagement Modernization Contract (PSEMC), Dexis supports the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID's) PSE Hub to expand and deepen collaboration with the private sector to achieve greater development outcomes. The PSE Hub's mission is to create the institutional conditions, operating infrastructure, and capacity necessary to expand engagement with the private sector in the United States and partner countries. The PSE Hub works to transform and modernize how USAID does development by institutionalizing USAID's PSE policy and delivering capacity- and systems-building support for PSE across all sectors, operating units, and countries where USAID operates.

About the Position

Dexis Profession Services is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to work with USAID to provide support to a current institutional support programs. This position will be providing surge support for leading strategic recruitment, developing recruitment pipelines, and implementing a responsive and ready recruitment process. This role requires understanding and familiarity with overall project execution for USAID, and the full cycle recruitment process.

This position is based in the Washington DC area with support expected for about 20-30 days of LOE starting late August / early SeptemberResponsibilities

DPS HQ Responsibilities

Participate in weekly corporate level recruitment meetings.Support positioning for new business opportunities.Cross share top candidates with other recruiters and project managers.Project Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for project positions, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.Source for passive candidates and generate new leads through creative sourcing methods.Identify, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to be considered for current positions.Develop and maintain relationships USAID POCs and a strategic pipeline of candidates across all PSE HUB areas, as well as broadly recruit junior, mid and senior-level talent for STTA opportunities.Support in development of job descriptions with USAID POCs as needed.Maintain project pre-contracted bull-pen and STTA consultant roster.Develop and post position advertisements.Arrange interviews and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Prepare and negotiate offers.Collaborate with internal clients to finalize candidate selections by preparing and supplying vetted candidates and advising clients on best practices.Aggregate regular data on recruitment timelines for internal and external reporting.Maintain compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.Other duties as required.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from 4-year accredited College/ University;At least 7+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, sourcing, screening, interview set up and offer negotiation;At least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams;Informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable best-inclass recruitment;Experience balancing a large number of open positions, across multiple offices and disciplines, in a fast-paced environment;Excellent communication skills both written & verbal;Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods;Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility as core tenets to attract, recruit, hire and retain talent.Preferred

Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification;
