Ideal candidates will showcase expertise in precise drywall estimating, adept use of onscreen takeoff software, and a successful history managing large-scale projects, including prestigious university contracts.Job DescriptionSpearhead precise drywall estimates across diverse large-scale projects, leveraging advanced onscreen takeoff software for meticulous quantity assessments.Engage closely with project stakeholders including managers, architects, and engineers to deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates, ensuring project success.Analyze intricate project blueprints, specifications, and documents to craft thorough and competitive estimates, staying ahead with industry trends and cost-effective construction methodologies.Drive innovation by contributing to the evolution and upkeep of cutting-edge estimating procedures and standards, supporting continuous improvement and efficiency.
