The TriHealth Division of Seven Hills Anesthesia is seeking Anesthesiologists to join our growing stable practice. There are two options for work - an employed physician opportunity and partnership opportunity. We are the largest independently owned physician group in the Midwest and offer a stable work environment with excellent compensation while having exceptional work-life balance as a physician. Our new two-year partnership tract is seeking BC/BE anesthesiologists that want to make a longstanding career impact in the Cincinnati area with an opportunity for very high compensation in the Midwest market, clinical and business leadership opportunities, excellent vacation benefits and flexible work opportunities including full-time or part-time work that is adaptable over time.

We employ a care team model in a collaborative, supportive environment. A typical day is 4:1 supervision, and approximately 30% of the time, the job will require performing your own anesthetic. Our practice has outstanding call ratios to promote a well-rounded anesthesia career with exceptional work-life balance!
Our group performs a wide variety of cases. A majority of our caseload is general surgery and orthopedics. We also perform spine, neuro, ENT, surg onc, vascular, EP, IR, ophtho, endoscopy, GYN, obstetrics, and thoracic cases. Cardiac is optional. Infrequently, we have pediatric patients which are screened to be healthy and appropriate for a non-pediatric hospital.
We offer a variety of practice settings, covering two large hospitals (Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, Ohio and Good Samaritan Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio), and multiple ambulatory surgery centers. Interested physicians will have opportunities to practice in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Competitive salary and benefits package including a generous 15% company contribution to the employee's retirement plan.
