About the United Football League

The United Football League (UFL) is the premier professional spring football platform, formed by the merging of the XFL and USFL in 2024 under the combined ownership of RedBird Capital Partners, FOX, Dany Garcia and Dwayne Johnson. The UFL has eight teams in Arlington (TX), Birmingham (AL), Detroit (MI), Houston (TX), San Antonio (TX), Memphis (TN), St. Louis (MO), and Washington D.C.

About the Position

This position is responsible for assisting in driving new business through the sale of ticket packages, including season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating for the

Birmingham Stallions . This position will be based in the respective UFL team market and will report directly to the team's Director of Ticket Sales and Experience.

What you will doSell UFL ticket packages for the Birmingham Stallions.Generate sales through deposit holders, existing leads, as well as develop leads through personal prospecting, referrals, networking, social selling and effective researchCreate and develop new business by regularly pitching prospective clients through virtual presentations, face to face meetings, phone prospecting, social selling and group presentations at eventsParticipate and lead activities at UFL team,and partner events to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives with purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and meeting newprospectsRegularly seek and attend community, chamber of commerce and other organizationsEffectively handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales productsEffectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business meet and exceed assigned sales goals for all ticket productsMeet and exceed excellent customer service expectations managing a client base of 200 - 400 accounts over the course of the sales cycle from onboarding through the renewal processEffectively and enthusiastically execute game day activations to provide fans with access and experiences (ie. access to the field, support player autograph sessions, youth clinics, mini games, etc.)Regularly produce accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointments and event recaps through the use of Salesforce CRM systemPoint of contact forindividual business to UFL team and league levelmanagementContribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and actively participate in sales team meetings and training sessionsRepresent the UFL, the team and other partners professionally, with integrity, credibility and good judgmentWhat you will bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 2-years outbound sales experiencePremium and/or ticket sales experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferredMinor League or start-up sports and entertainment experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products requiredExperience with servicing customers preferredExperience with CRM system, Salesforce preferredExperience with a ticketing system - Ticketmaster/Archtics preferredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities

Please note, the location of this role must be within the Birmingham, AL area.The role is hybrid, works in a remote office and/or an office environment and will be expected to attend all games and events throughout the entire yearPosition may require periods of sitting at a desk, frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 20 pounds.Ability and willingness to work proactively at events sponsored by the UFL, partner organizations and other grassroot opportunities to promote the UFL team in the selected market and develop new business and fan relationshipsLocal travel to appointments and eventMinimal Travel ( Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
