Senior Test Lead

Provenexperience as a Test Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years ofhands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.Strongknowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, Oracle ERP(AP/C2C) and best practices, including test planning, test case design,and defect management.Proficiencyin test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA, HP ALM.Experiencewith test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, SeleniumAPPIUM, UFT and Headspin is highly desirable.Excellentleadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention todetail and a focus on deliveringhigh-quality solutions.Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with tightdeadlines and changing priorities.Knowledgeof software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile,Scrum, and Waterfall.
