Bridgeline Staffing is currently seeking multiple contracted paraprofessionals to
join our team with a Berlin, NJ School District . The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
We have positions available K-12.
Responsibilities:
Assist students with academic and social-emotional needsSupport classroom instruction and managementImplement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by the teacher or special education teamCollaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)Previous experience working with students in an educational settingAbility to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearancesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a contracted position with a
competitive hourly rate, Health/dental/vision benefits, and weekly pay.
