We invest in the growth and success of our employees. **Come join our team!!**Berks Division is looking for reliable and dependable Driver Helpers to play a critical role on the solid waste collection team. The position requires you to ride on the back of a trash truck and perform several essential roles, such as assisting the driver to safely navigate the truck, frontline customer service, and collect curbside waste and/or recycling in a safe and efficient manner.You are paid $87.57 per day. Typical routes can be done in 10 hours or less but this can vary based on a number of factors.
