The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data analysis methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our decision-making process by providing strategic insights based on data-driven analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather and analyze data from various sources, and present findings to key stakeholders. This role requires exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlationsConduct statistical analysis, data modeling, and hypothesis testing to generate insightsDevelop and maintain data collection systems and databasesCollaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize data requirementsCreate and present reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in data management and reportingCollaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrityRequirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related fieldProven experience as a data analyst or business analystProficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with data modeling techniques and statistical analysisKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and data mining techniquesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teamsSkills: Data Analysis, Data Entry, Data Centers, Data Science, Databases, Statistical Data Analysis
