Locum TenensJob Details:• Pay: $110 Hr.• Coverage Dates: ASAP – 6 months• Setting: Clinic• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm• Daily Responsibilities: Will see a mix of baby and child visits and immunizations. Also conducting physicals for healthy 9-12 year olds. All ages up to age 18.• No Call• Patients per shift: Estimated 25-28 Patients per day• EMR: Epic• Credentialing timeframe: 12 Weeks from time application submittedRequirements:• Active unrestricted CA License• Active BLS certifications• Minimum 3 years of experience• Board Certified• Vaccination Requirement: Preferred – will consider waivers• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.TheraEx Staffing Services - APP Job ID #171785.
