Overview:

The Facilities and Construction Clerk assists and supports the VP of Facilities and Construction in ensuring financial performance. This role will also support Property Management as needed.Responsibilities:Provides analysis as needed related to Facilities Operations, Special projects and Construction Projects.Reconciles all utilities (water, gas, steam & electricity) invoices with actual invoiced quantities, historical quantities, and submits for payment for all entities within the health systemManages Facilities budget reconciliationsProvides assistance maintaining facilities budget reconciliations.score: N/AAsAccurately compiles and prepares monthly financial reports and cost assignmentsDevelops monthly and year-end financial projections and forecastsProvides monthly analytical support to department managersProvides support on insurance claimsMonitors and manages the facilities Managers and Directors on call schedulesProvides analytical support as neededAssist with payroll functions for FacilitiesAttends meetings as needed to record all informationManages infrastructure capital budget and updates as necessaryMonitors Facilities overtime useMonitors and assist with Facilities vacanciesAssist with facilities departmental capital budget processTracks and monitors all Maintenance/Facilities contract agreementsMonitors and manages the facilities on call manager schedulesAssists in developing all house wide communication as related to Facility operationsSupports the VP of Facilities and Construction as neededAssist the Property Management department as neededQualifications:

Education and Work Experience:Must possess a high school diploma or GED.Must have 1 years of experience in an environment that utilizes financial systems.Strong analytical and organizational skills required, particularly in planning, communications, process redesign and problem solving.Advanced interpersonal skills required to relate to a diverse group of staff and physiciansExcellent computer knowledge and skills required; must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Premier Applications knowledge preferred.Effective communication skills is required.
