A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals.Scope of the Position:Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklift to move, locate, relocate and stack product.Responsibilities:Pulling finished goods from production area to move to shipping areaProvide components to manufacturing areasAssist with moving product from shipping/ receiving area2nd shift position. Additional $0.75 shift differential for working on 2nd shift. Direct Hire Wage increase at 3 months and again at 6 months of employment + monthly attendance bonusQualifications:At least one year of forklift/ shipping and receiving experiencePrevious experience working on a manufacturing environmentAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyHighly motivated and self-starterAbility to meet requirements to receive forklift licenseBenefits:Medical, dental, prescription, vision, life and disability insurance; and a flexible spending account401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchExtensive safety training, new hire orientation, continuous learning and development programs and tuition reimbursementPaid holidays and vacation time
