Job Summary:Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist Facility Medical Director to lead the TriStar Skyline Medical Center team in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:
Critical Care Fellowship trained and board certifiedTN License or ability to obtainExperience in a leadership roleSupervise all full or part time Intensivists and Advanced Practice ProvidersLead quality improvement initiativesDevelop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staffDevelop, implement, and oversee ICC standards and protocolsProvide peer support to the Intensivist team members to establish and achieve program initiatives and goalsParticipate in teaching responsibilities with ACGME-Accredited Residency and Fellowship programsWork 15 shifts per monthWork 12-hour shifts covering 47 beds across Medical and Neuro ICU settingsSupport the following coverage model: 2 MDs and 2 APPs covering day shift,1 MD and 1 APP covering night shiftManage a busy program with a high acuity patient populationIncentive/Benefits Package:
