Please review our open positions and apply to the positions that match your qualifications.****Shuttle Driver-Home Daily - Houston, TX*** Houston, TX* Full Time* Onsite Services* Experienced**Company Overview**Hirschbach/Spot provides a wide range of innovative specialized solutions for your non-traditional trucking needs, including custom-tailored yard management services (YMS), facility-to-facility/high volume moves, heavy haul movements, assigned drivers and equipment at locations, and warehousing/cold storage.**Job Summary**Shuttle drivers are responsible for the movement to and spotting of trailers at customers facility, on time and safely.**Responsibilities and Duties*** Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly lot oriented toward maximizing efficiency in servicing customer needs* Operate Day Cab Truck in a safe manner performing numerous drop and hooks daily* Drive and operate vehicle safely* Must function and interact on a daily basis with plant personnel and compliant with safety requirements* Communicate using the 2-way radio with dispatch, operation and customer personnel* Unload product at customers facility utilizing the chain and roller system within the trailer* Duties and tasks assigned by management**Qualifications and Skills*** 3 months of recent verifiable experience with a Class A CDL* Backing experience* Good communication skills**Benefits*** **Guaranteed wage increase**-+ 45 days - $.50+ 90 days - $0.50+ 180 days - $0.50+ 360 days - $0.50+ 1.5 years - $0.50+ 2 years - $0.50* Medical- Blue Cross/ Blue Shield* Vision* 401 (k)* Paid time off* Holiday Pay* Steel toe boot reimbursementTo talk to a recruiter call 402-404-2250EOE.
