This requirement is mainly for Core Java Developer who has a working experience of 10 years.The job includes Java Development, design and unit testing, and on the job learning of mainframe.Should have expert knowledge in Java/UI: JAVA, J2EE, EJB, JavaBeans, JavaScript, servlets, JDBC, struts, JSR-352, Hibernate, MQ. On the job training on Cobol/JCL is expected part of this role.Key Skills:

Minimum Experience :
10 YrsRoles & Responsibilities:
Should have good understanding of Java technologies from development and implementation standpoint.Should be able to understand the requirement better and come up with design and suitable prototypes.Flexible to work over weekends during implementation.Should have good communication and leadership skills.At least 5-year experience in customer service environment. Precise verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Understanding of customer support best practices and familiarity with customer support success metrics.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English.Education:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
