Aboutthe job:

Aspart of a Professional Services team, you will collaborate efficiently withConsultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & externalinterfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. Thisposition requires excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, processimprovement skills as well as configuration and implementation skills. As anArchitect resource, you will be responsible for the translation of businessrequirements into specific process aligned designs for the Siemens DI Softwaresolution-based on standard methodologies in the subject area. In this role, youwill collaborate well with the customer to support the management of customerexpectations and support customer adoption by demonstrating the completeSiemens Delivery framework.

Youwill establish the technical integrity of the solution and ensure it remainsaligned to requirements and value delivery throughout project to achievecustomer value. Your leadership will also provide direction for process design,integration and change activities either internally or at customer sites andleverage relevant templates in the leadership of project solutions while alsocurating standard methodologies and templates. This role will primarily workunder self-management and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures onassignments/projects. Lastly, you will be asked to participate in theArchitecture Community of Practice, promoting adoption within projects, andensuring that knowledge and lessons learned are shared across project/programboundaries.

Responsibilities:Understand and demonstrate how Siemens solutions will alter and integrate with customers' initiatives, business drivers, value, and impactAnalyze and translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectivesBring to bear industry standard methodologies and templates for the Siemens Software solution delivered to provide customer valueLead the application of Solution Definition and Solution Enablement elements DI Deployment Framework on projectsProvide accurate and timely information to project management team collaborating on reporting project status, issues, risks, and benefitsEstablish, build, and maintain effective relationships with internal or external customers technical peers and build new relationships through networking within the customer and other involved parties to support effective deliverySet and lead customers' expectations, demonstrating thought leadership to effectively influence key contacts and recommend solutionsIn conjunction with the senior project leadership and account team, apply customer management methods to support successful adoption of a viable DI solutionBe responsible for validation activities, including any required prototyping, with the customer to verify if the outstanding templated solution applies to the customers' environment, rationalize, and defend selected solution to the customer explaining why and how this solution will deliver the highest value to their businessOutline process changes that will need to occur and assist the customer drive Organizational Change.RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for shown experienceMultiple years designing Teamcenter or similar customer solutionsMinimum of 3 -5 years technical experience as a Solution ArchitectMinimum of 7 years of relevant industry experienceExperience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projectsExperience using Agile principles in project executionExcellent presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, to present sophisticated issues to multi-level audiences and successfully communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external CustomersShown team leadership skillsLocation: Any Major U.S. City - Eastern or Central Time ZonesExpected Travel requirements: 25%-50%

The total cash compensation range for this position is$116,900 to $233,800 with 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target.The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's worklocation as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
