Hospitalist Opportunity in St. Louis, MO!Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Mercy Hospital South are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the
Hospital-at-Home program
in St. Louis. Missouri. As part of Mercys mission to transform the care experience, last year we launched the Hospital-at-Home (HaH) program, in partnership with Maribel Health. The role of the Advanced Practitioner will be in the hospital setting screening patients who qualify for this new, innovative program.Read more here:
Mercy and Maribel Hospital at HomePatients who have presented to the Emergency Department and have acute care needs that require hospitalization are thoroughly screened for admittance to the HaH Program. Once admitted, these patients are transported home to receive all the acute care services during the typical 35-day admission.
