If this sounds interesting to you, below are a few more details:Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.Drives the requirements gathering process, planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications with functional areas bridging the communication link across IT departments and business units.Coaches multiple scrum teams simultaneously in accordance with Agile Scrum principles, help the team focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance levels.Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, and retrospectives across vertical development and across scrum teams and has experience doing so in previous organizations.Here is what we are looking for:
Current Agile Scrum Master certification(s) required.Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, or Information Systems field. Two years of equivalent work experience can substitute for every one year of education.A minimum of five+ years related experience within scrum master agile roles to include a minimum of three years' experience leading complex assignments/stories involving multiple stakeholders and demonstrating successful utilization of agile methodologies focused on technology implementations is required.Experience with agile tools such as Jira, ADO, Confluence, or similar. Experience coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams and projects.Experience in banking or the financial services industry is preferred.What we offer:

Base Pay/Salary:
$
108,000.00 - $155,000.00.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $108,000.00 - $155,000.00. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
