In addition to 4 brick & mortar locations, 12 “Tiny House” concept stores, and a robust ecommerce business the brand is also available at many notable independent and major retailers such as Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Shopbop. KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult-following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.
As the business grows, we are seeking smart, creative, and experienced Senior Director of Ecommerce , based at KREWE’s NYC-HQ, to join our talented team! Key attributes and qualities we are looking for in candidates for all open roles include an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative and solution-oriented, adaptable and resilient, best-practices methodology, team-oriented with a lean-in attitude, highest standards for execution, and a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage sales performance via all digital channels. Assure the setting of achievable sales goals, and manage company resources towards the achievement of agreed upon sales goals.
Manage ecommerce sales channel profit contribution to annual targets
Coordinate promotional, retention, social, e-merchandising, and influencer marketing teams towards the preparation and execution of ecommerce selling campaigns
Set and achieve desired objectives for ecommerce KPI’s with a priority on growing the channel and brand awareness within the market.
Direct the performance marketing function with a focus on customer acquisition through the following channels: META, google, snapchat, Tic Tok, and other paid media opportunities as presented
Oversee the analysis and planning of key KPIs on an ongoing basis to drive optimizations and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals
Define the communication strategy for each part of the funnel and for key customer segments
Support the VP of Marketing and their team with efforts to build brand value and presence in a measurable way
Collaborate with our in-person and wholesale channels to deliver store traffic, sample sale appointments and awareness in new markets
Consistent review of channel performance, reporting on and highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Be the KREWE subject matter expert for all things ecommerce, direct to consumer, and web site to inform and drive the development and execution of digital and brand marketing strategies
Emulate a culture of innovation, sharing ideas and identifying/vetting new growth channel opportunities
Qualifications:
8+ years of e-com or direct to consumer in a experience
Experience with multi-country e-commerce sales
Tuned-in omni-channel thinker
Self-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiar with all best practices with a strong interest in emerging tech
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and other software
Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative design process
Understanding of current trends in the fashion advertising world
Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, laid-back comportment, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentality
Benefits and Perks:
We offer competitive salaries commensurate with experience; the range for this position is $175,000 - 185,000.
