Sr. Java Tech Lead
to join their team in Iselin, NJ.
Pay: $170-200k
Responsibilities:
Deliver solutions for critical service that is built on client server architecture using middleware components and databaseLead a team of talented developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applicationsProvide Level 3 support for the current service and take lead in in the analysis and resolution of issues reported in Production and UATCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutionsConduct performance evaluations and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsQualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred10-15 years of IT experience with focus on Core Java, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projectsExperience in a diverse set of technologies including SQL, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Junit, Mockito, Apache Spark, Storm and related technologiesPractical experience in developing software products/solutions that are deployed on cloud (as PaaS,SaaS)Knowledge of complex database concepts and ensures technology teams areeffectively employing appropriate database design techniquesAbility to incorporate security and P&C (performance and capacity) requirements into solutionsExcellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challengesUnderstanding of SDLC methodologies and agile practicesExperience lead and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development24-03231
