Responsibilities:Analyzing an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insightsIdentifying potential opportunities and risks and communicating these to our clientsLearning and researching current market trends, to maintain your credibility as a trusted advisorDeveloping clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve our clients' tax activitiesResearching our clients' business operations and building long-lasting relationships to tailor your advice to their specific needsManaging a motivated team of professionals, guaranteeing they have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to reach their full potentialRequirements:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related disciplineCPA IS A MUSTProfessional knowledge in a broad range of sales and use tax processes, concepts, and toolsExperience managing budgets, people, and projectsA proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organizationTechnical writing and research experience in a tax contextThe ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projectsStrong influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processesWillingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environmentMinimum of six (6) years of experience in accounting with Sales and use tax experience.
