Our platform empowers users to embark on personalized wellness journeys, fostering growth and well-being in every individual we serve.Join our team and help us create exceptional digital experiences for our users!Volunteer Position Overview:As a QA Lead at Menzies Philanthropic Foundation, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for our My Source Network platform. You'll lead a team of QA professionals, coordinate testing efforts, and work closely with development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testersDevelop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practicesCoordinate testing efforts across multiple projects and releasesReview and approve test plans, test cases, and test resultsManage defect tracking and resolution processesCollaborate with product managers and development leads to define quality standardsProvide regular status reports to stakeholders on QA activities and metricsParticipate in release planning and risk assessmentDrive continuous improvement in QA methodologies and toolsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practicesExperience with test management tools and defect tracking systemsFamiliarity with both manual and automated testing approachesUnderstanding of Agile development methodologiesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesInterest in holistic healing and wellness is a plusEqual Opportunity Employer:Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
