You'll Be Responsible For:
Providing leadership to nursing staff by overseeing the daily Nursing Department operationsMaintaining compliance with Department of Health regulationsPromoting excellent customer service experience and clinical outcomesAnalyzing trends and implementing solutions for quality assurance initiativesCompleting daily documentation and clinical chart reviewsOverseeing staffing levels, work schedules and assignments for staffPerforming personnel management dutiesParticipating in recruiting, training, and development of staffYou'll Need to Have:
A Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in OhioProven leadership experience in a nursing home settingStrong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in EnglishFamiliar with federal and state laws governing long-term careExcellent organization, time management and problem-solving skillsSuperior customer service skillsStrong physical assessment skillsWe're Proud to Offer you:
