As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla, your role is integral to delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include vehicle preparation for customer delivery and active collaboration with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our vehicle readiness processes. This entails comprehensive preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.

Success in this position demands a highly efficient and enthusiastic approach to challenges while proactively embracing responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates positive energy, exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic, and a passion for sustainable energy.

Responsibilities

Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standardsOperate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipmentAbility to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as neededEffectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlinesManage inventory and reorder supplies as neededPerform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needsRequirements

Proven track record to meet and exceed goalsProactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationshipsAbility to lift 50 - 60 poundsValid driver's license requiredCompensation and BenefitsBenefits
