Insight Global is hiring a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce. com administration team in North America is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the Salesforce CRM tool across all sales business lines. They ensure the system operates properly and collaborate with business users on future enhancements. As delegated administrators, they work with the global team, which has full administrative rights. The Salesforce Admin will assist with the account assignments affecting downstream systems, and the backlog of reports and dashboards. Successful candidates should work autonomously and effectively manage territory assignments.
