About the job:

As part of a Professional Servicesteam, you will collaborate efficiently with Consultants, Architects, ProjectManagers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that thecustomer succeeds in their objectives. This position requires excellent socialskills, leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as configurationand implementation skills. As an Architect resource, you will be responsiblefor the translation of business requirements into specific process aligneddesigns for the Siemens DI Software solution-based on standard methodologies inthe subject area. In this role, you will collaborate well with the customer tosupport the management of customer expectations and support customer adoptionby demonstrating the complete Siemens Delivery framework.

You will establish the technicalintegrity of the solution and ensure it remains aligned to requirements andvalue delivery throughout project to achieve customer value. Your leadershipwill also provide direction for process design, integration and changeactivities either internally or at customer sites and leverage relevanttemplates in the leadership of project solutions while also curating standardmethodologies and templates. This role will primarily work underself-management and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures onassignments/projects. Lastly, you will be asked to participate in theArchitecture Community of Practice, promoting adoption within projects, andensuring that knowledge and lessons learned are shared across project/programboundaries.

Responsibilities:Understand and demonstrate how Siemens solutions will alter and integrate with customers' initiatives, business drivers, value, and impactAnalyze and translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectivesBring to bear industry standard methodologies and templates for the Siemens Software solution delivered to provide customer valueLead the application of Solution Definition and Solution Enablement elements DI Deployment Framework on projectsProvide accurate and timely information to project management team collaborating on reporting project status, issues, risks, and benefitsEstablish, build, and maintain effective relationships with internal or external customers technical peers and build new relationships through networking within the customer and other involved parties to support effective deliverySet and lead customers' expectations, demonstrating thought leadership to optimally influence key contacts and recommend solutionsIn conjunction with the senior project leadership and account team, apply customer management methods to support successful adoption of a viable DI solutionBe responsible for validation activities, including any required prototyping, with the customer to verify if the outstanding templated solution applies to the customers' environment, rationalize, and defend selected solution to the customer explaining why and how this solution will deliver the highest value to their businessOutline process changes that will need to occur and assist the customer drive Organizational Change.Qualified Applicants must be legallyauthorized for employment in the United States. RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university or college, preferably with software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for shown experienceMultiple years designing Teamcenter or similar customer solutionsMinimum of 3 -5 years technical experience as a Solution ArchitectMinimum of 7 years of relevant industry experienceExperience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projectsExperience using Agile principles in project executionExcellent presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, to present sophisticated issues to multi-level audiences and optimally communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external CustomersShown team leadership skillsLocation: Any Major Western or Southwestern U.S. CityExpected Travel requirements: 25%-50%

Siemens Software.Transform the Everyday

The total cash compensation range forthis position is $116,900 to $233,800 with 7.5% of this being comprised of anannual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
