Our client with locations in the Manchester, CT area is searching for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team! This is a M-F position. Description: Primary Care/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Monday - Friday schedule, rotating weekend coverage as needed Responsibilities: Treating patients in the clinic with behavioral health issues and addictions Performing H&Ps, mental health assessments and a full spectrum of healthcare services (mainly to adult population) Develop and implement patient management plans Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience preferred Active Connecticut License by Jobble
