Recent SRNA grads wanting a wide scope of practice in a supportive team environment of excellence and professional growth are welcome.Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:Staffing model planned 40 Anesthesiologists, and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo.Average anesthesia volume 55,000 cases annually and growingDiverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, and Trauma.Specialty Compensation increase to base salary for Cardiac, Trauma, & OB experience with documented case logs.$30,000 retention/commencement bonus for 3 years.INCENTIVE/BENEFITS PACKAGE:Top of market compensation package based on years of experienceW2 position with Health Care System that has an unparalleled history of quality care deliveryStart Date Bonus and Relocation assistance available.Premium pay calculation if clinician works past scheduled shift. Preferred Qualifications:- Prefer skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, and the public. Prefer ability to to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.- Prefer demonstrated clinical competency in administration of anesthesia, patient assessment skills, and documentation.- Prefer ability to remain calm under pressure and during crisis situations.
