Role x You:

As a Senior Account Manager you will add value to our clients and represent Virtue's ambitions on a day-to-day basis. You are a trusted partner for our mid-level clients. The Senior Account Manager collaborates and supports their team on individual work streams. You are helping to take deliverables from inception through delivery working with the Account Director and/or Group Account Director to ensure briefs are strategically sound and can facilitate strong creative output. You are creating and building strong relationships internally and externally in favor of great work. As you gain experience you will take on additional work streams and become a trusted voice that helps to shape the account and our client's business. You are working to deliver world class marketing programs in service of our client's and partners all while driving forward the success of Virtue.

Responsibilities:Collaborates on work stream(s) through all stages of the client relationship to drive seamless workflow

Contact with clients where necessary to keep them abreast of all activity across the account

Seeks opportunities to streamline workflows where we see fit

Ensures what's being created is seen by all the right people internally before it leaves the building and externally by clients

Demonstrates strong understanding of the brand and their brand guidelines

Challenges strategies, creative and client direction that does not support solving our client's business challenges

Responsible for timeline creation and management

Cross-functional team lead; provides oversight and support on all Client deliverables

Lead Internal Project team meetings including calendar set up and next steps

Provide oversight and support on all Client deliverables from input brief to final delivery

Ability to anticipate project issues/risks and clearly communicate resolutions to the client and internal team

Ensure all inputs are being accounted for regarding project financials including monthly burn reports and forecasting

Comfort in acting as a champion for the creative product

Advocates for teamwork, collaboration and open communication

Can help provide clarity in direction for cross-functional teams, and can balance expectations of internal and external stakeholders

Strong understanding of the client's business, competitors and industry and actively participates in the strategic development of Virtue's work

Comfort in managing client demand and keeping honest on client burn per budget

Delegates tasks as appropriate while ensuring quality meets Virtue's standards

You have these:

3 + years of experience in client services within a global agency environment

A passion for business, marketing and all things media

Can operate with independence, but knows when to rely on own judgment and when to seek advice from other team members

Applies sound judgment in anticipating and taking action to avoid any team and/or client issues

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiastic, approachable and confident

Detail oriented, resourceful and proactive

A communicator, in person and writing - excellent written and verbal communication skills

Calm under pressure but passionate about delivering best in class work

Logical thinker who is always solutions oriented.

Entrepreneurial spirit, ambitious, passionate, with a solid work ethic

Self-motivated, you just get on with it. Driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Culturally savvy and interested in all aspects of pop culture and passion points

Experience working at an ad agency

Experience working on a global account

Additional language skills are a bonus

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

Pay Range Details:

72,000 to 80,000 USD
