SUMMARY:

As an Implementation Specialist, this individual will transport and configure equipment at our client locations and perform basic connectivity and application set up during the implementation process. This person is responsible for providing customer satisfaction by ensuring the safe and timely delivery and setup of equipment.

Safely transport and configure equipment at client locationsComplete basic connectivity setup such as printing, scanning, and faxingProperly decommission replaced equipment and return for processingCommunicate with customers prior to and upon arrival at customer sitesCommunicate with the internal team regarding schedule and arrivalRecognize and escalate issues when additional assistance is requiredMaintain company equipment and vehicles being used for deliveriesAssist with larger and more complex implementations as neededAssist with warehouse tasks and remote connectivity support as neededRemain current on assigned training

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

An Implementation Specialist spends most of their time traveling to and from client sites or in the warehouse. This person is required to drive in order to transport and install equipment and will communicate with the internal team to determine where they are needed most.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GEDExperience troubleshooting equipment is a plusPass IDOT/ODOT PhysicalClean driving recordMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs
