Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the management of TikTok hosts, encompassing live broadcast content and script development. Support hosts in executing live broadcast data analysis and reviews, continually enhancing their speaking proficiency, live broadcast engagement, interaction, conversion rates, with a focus on maximizing host earnings. 2. Manage the company's presence on the TikTok platform, covering social media account administration, content curation, material compilation, video production, editing, and comprehensive data analysis for operational enhancement and promotion. 3. Facilitate coordination with hosts' offline events, ensuring seamless execution as per plans. Promptly adjust strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements: 1. Have an understanding of TikTok, live streaming, and familiar with the social media marketing on platforms such as: TikTok, Instagram, etc. 2. 1 year of creator operation & management experience (preferred) 3. Have strong communication skills, adaptable, and performs well in a fast pace environment
