Position Details:
Full time and Part Time AvailableManaging a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, well visits, and Hedis 5-Star measuresTreating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning opportunities practicing integrative medicineOngoing collaboration with in-office teammatesUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresSupervising one or more NP or PA colleaguesOpportunity for Academic teaching with UCR school of medicine
Additional Details and Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency programPracticed at least 1 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages is preferred, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency programBoard certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start dateState licensed in California, obtained before your start dateA passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careAbility to provide high level service with an excellent bedside manner
