Application Manager
for our premier client in
Kennesaw, Georgia .
Education and Experience "
MSSQL/IIS is preferred.Experience supporting the full lifecycle of complex, cloud based, and on-premises applications and solutions: 5 Years.Experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of SQL: 5 Years.Experience with TCP/IP and firewalls: 5 Years.Experience with OSI layer 6 and 7 protocols (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, DNS, SMTP): 5 Years.Agile Work Environment.Examples of KSU UITS Applications: EAB, Cayuse, EMS, 25Live
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:
Under broad supervision, manages applications through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables.Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes.Responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool.Responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool.Responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes.Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
