Compensation & Benefits • Hourly rate: $18.00-$26.00 per hour (with opportunity for tips and overtime) • Annual Potential: $35,000 - $55,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips) • Full time, Part time and Flexible schedule - Tell us when you are available • Uniforms provided • Generous company cost sharing = Low cost individual and family health and dental plans • 401 (K) with generous company match • Paid holidays and vacation • Profitability-based and recruitment referral bonuses Responsibilities: Load and unload large items to and from trucks Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, taking care to protect fragile goods Unpack items and arrange new spaces for use according to customer specification Maintain vehicle equipment; fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed for safety Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards Move as well as disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances

Qualifications/Skills : • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Valid DOT Medical Card • Prior moving/packing experience (at least 1 year) and ability to lift 50 pounds • Experience driving in urban area (in traffic or congested areas) a plus • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have reliable transportation to branch location • Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties • Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation • Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills • Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds regularly • Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day • Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge • Available for on-time very early a.m. dispatch • High school or GED equivalent
