Internal Medicine Pediatric Need at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital

Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to provide comprehensive, coordinated care to children and young adults with medical complexity in our Complex Care and Transition Clinic. Our health services include a primary care medical home, long-term outpatient care management, multidisciplinary care, collaboration with the palliative care team, and facilitation of transitions from pediatric to adult-oriented health systems.The patient population comprises children and young adults with chronic and complex conditions involving multiple organ systems and medical technology. (Epic)Qualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Internal MedicineCompletion of an ACGME or AOA residency and fellowshipUnrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEAMD/DO****Pediatricians must be comfortable with seeing patients up to 25 years old will also be considered. Experience in managing children with medical complexity is highly desired.
