Prime Healthcares mission is to provide compassionate care and clinical excellence, ensuring that the communities we serve receive high-quality, cost-effective care.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic illnesses.- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays.- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate.- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established clinical protocols.- Handle administrative tasks as needed, including documentation and patient communication.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.Per DiemQualifications:-- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Pennsylvania.- Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult- Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP).- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a related field.- BLS and ACLS certification.- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Flexibility to work per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
