Department Summary Enrollment Systems provides strategic planning and operational oversight of solutions that support the student lifecycle in the Division of Enrollment. Position Overview The position responsible for designing and implementing required functionalities and customizations based on project requirements and strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with project stakeholders and end-users, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance the student experience and support the university's enrollment goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and ten years of work experience in systems analysis and/or programming functions, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of all phases of the application development lifecycle and project management disciplines. Must be self-directed and detail oriented. Excellent organizational, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education or a similar environment. Knowledge of Salesforce, TargetX, and Informatica. Supervisory experience. Required License/Registration/Certifications None Job Duties: Lead projects from conception to deployment, offering technical expertise and input on feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure timely and successful delivery by prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet deadlines with minimal direction. Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, deduplication, and other related tasks, and identify and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality. Assist with vendor engagement, contract negotiations, and renewals in a timely manner. Provide exemplary customer service by leading user support, account setup, security, access, and standards Identify and proactively address process gaps by recommending and implementing effective process changes. Serve as the lead technical trainer for Enrollment Systems, consistently demonstrating excellence in training delivery, instructional design, and documentation. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Set measurable goals for professional growth, track progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure development milestones are achieved.
