Summary:The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for researching, resolving, and coordinating escalated issues for Pharmacy Network Management. This positionconducts issue research, coordinates pharmacy and network responses and provides direction on issue and process improvement.
Responsibilities• Document, track, and escalate open pharmacy andnetwork issues to ensure completion by teams in a timelyfashion• Perform reviews of cases based on compliance, servicelevel agreements, and regulatory guidance to assist inanswering concerns and prevention of errors• Evaluate business impact of issues and solve problemsbased on understanding of how systems and processeswork and how they are applied in the business• Assist in coordinating meetings, gathering informationand research, and providing responses for pharmacy andnetwork escalated issues• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, orequivalent combination of education and/or relevantwork; HS diploma or equivalent GED required• Must be eligible to work in the United States withoutneed for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications• Team player, comfortable with fast paced, changingenvironment and ambiguity• Strong communication skills, verbal, written andpresentation, with the ability to communicate informationin a manner that promotes credibility and facilitates theresolution of different views• Ability to understand issues and review for solutions• Ability to collaborate with leaders and teams to resolvecomplex business issues• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications• PBM/health care experience
Minimum Physical Job Requirements• Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel,talk and hear• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms• Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel,and crouch• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 poundsand occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds• Specific vision abilities required by this job include closevision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision
Reporting Structure• May report to a Sr Professional or Manager in theNetwork Management department
