We are looking for a competitive Portfolio Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, the selected candidate will also research sales competition. Regional travel is required!How You'll Make an Impact

"Win the sale" using various customer sales methods (client maintenance, cold calling, presentations, etc.)Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectivenessEvaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationshipsMeet personal and team sales targetsResearch accounts and generate or follow through sales leadsAttend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developmentsReport and provide feedback to management using financial statistical dataMaintain and expand client database within your territory .What You Bring

A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience is required; experience in a technical/mechanical field is preferred (Oil and Gas industry experience is a plus).BA/BS degree is required; a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.Track record of over-achieving quotaExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferredFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managementComputer use competencyStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and drivenApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
