Senior Business Analyst

Job DescriptionOptomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in agile methodologies, and familiarity with Jira and Gherkin syntax.What the right candidate will enjoy:Leading and influencing the successful execution of a major project with high visibility!Working in a dynamic environment where their contributions will have a significant impact on project success!Competitive Compensation!Working in a Hybrid Environement!Experience of the right candidate:Proven track record in running agile ceremonies and managing requirements using Jira.Ability to write clear and concise user stories and requirements.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in efficiently running meetings and gathering requirements.Familiarity with Gherkin syntax is highly desirable.Responsibilities of the right candidate:Provide technical guidance and oversight, leading moderately complex analysis and supporting best practices in business analysis.Engage in pre-project problem elicitation, feasibility assessments, and business case development.Gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are translated into clear, actionable tasks.Perform process modeling, including as-is and to-be process designs, and conduct gap analysis.Ensure traceability of requirements through testing, collaborating with QA teams and managing UAT processes.Support business change management, including tracking benefits, managing releases, and ensuring effective training and stakeholder communication.
