Additionally, the program offers exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career. Below is a description of potential assignments. Selection of the assignment will involve the participant\'s preference, availability of the assignment, and the needs of the organization. The specific responsibilities within each assignment may vary based upon the immediate needs of the business. Education and/or Experience Requirements Actively pursuing a 4-yearEngineeringdegree or related field Completed two years of full-time study or equivalent Previous internship or work experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) Must have strong written and oral communication skills for direct and frequent communication with internal and external customers and suppliers Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional team environment Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues that are identified through the manufacturing process Applications Engineer Key members of the customer service team and partner with the outside sales team to provide technical assistance in the integration of company products into customer applications.
