Arthrex Manufacturing is actively searching for a Senior Business Analyst to drive manufacturing efficiencies and performance enhancements with financial and operational considerations. Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout product lifecycle. Ensure manufacturing requirements: cost, capacity and technical feasibility are vetted and appropriately managed within the capabilities of the AMI manufacturing area. First Shift - 8:00am- 5:00pm - Monday - Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Leads, analyzes, and implements necessary changes in manufacturing resource utilizationDevelops cost metrics for in-sourcing and/or outsourcing AMI produced productsCollaborates with Finance to develop and ensure accuracy of Cost/Standard data reportingLeads and develops analytics for Commercial Business Team to support capital expenditure decisionsDesigns output simulations for new and existing infrastructure performanceCreates demand modeling scenarios for existing product changes and/or new product introductionsLeads and develop cost/capacity analysis for new product demand and capacityWorks cross functionally with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve production efficiencyPresents key performance indicators of capacities, on-time deliveries, and inventory levelsCollaborates with Commercial Business Team to forecast appropriate inventory levels of components and finished goodsLeads and manages capacity requirements gatheringProvides input to Master Schedulers to streamline and design efficient delivery sequencesCollaborates with Commercial Business Team to assure adherence to policies and best practicesAssists in establishing corporate S&OP processCollaborates with internal and external organizational stakeholders to build consensus plansManages requirement changes throughout the project lifecycleBalances Commercial business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainabilityCreates and owns master data file for Commercial Business TeamOccasional travel for training, meetings or trade shows may be requiredEducation and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering field.8+ years of relevant industry experienceSAP experience requiredKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Ability to perform analytics favoring data visualization.Ability to negotiate with outside vendors and suppliers.Ability to lead meetings and projects.Full working knowledge of materials management systems.Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Experience working with project management software, QA software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC spreadsheets, computer software.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
