As a cybersecurity analyst at, you will be responsible for monitoring security alerts, analyzing security data, and responding to security incidents to protect our organization from cyber threats. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities, assess security risks, and implement security controls to mitigate risks and strengthen our organization's security posture

Responsibilities:Monitor security alerts and logs from various sources, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), security information and event management (SIEM) or log management tools and endpoint security solutions, to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.Analyze security data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that may indicate potential security threats or vulnerabilities.Investigate security incidents to determine the root cause, extent of impact, and potential remediation actions, and document findings in incident reports.Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines that govern the organization's security operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses and gaps in our organization's security controls, and work with IT and development teams to implement remediation measures.Manage security awareness initiatives by developing training materials, conducting security awareness sessions, and educating employees about security best practices and policies.Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and provide recommendations for security enhancements and improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate security risks and requirements and provide guidance on security best practices and controls.Requirements:

Capable of configuring and managing firewall solutions.Capable of configuring and managing IDS/IPS solutions.Ability to configure and manage endpoint protection solutions.Strong working knowledge of endpoint security best practices and threat prevention.Direct experience with email filtering configuration and managementCapable of configuring and managing Secure Service Edge solutions.Capable of configuring and managing IAM solutions.Working knowledge of Cloud security frameworks, management on Azure and AWS.Proficient in administration of vulnerability management platforms.Familiar with vulnerability assessment, analysis, and remediation processes.Familiar with risk management frameworks, assessment methodologies/processAbility to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.Experience with security awareness platforms.Capable of developing and delivering security awareness training programs.Familiar with log management and event correlation solutions like XDR, SIEM, NDR, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and people skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
